Migration to Webflow

Who this is for

Teams whose marketing site is slow to change because every edit needs a developer, or a plugin update, or a deploy. I've moved sites to Webflow from WordPress, Wix, Next.js and custom-coded stacks. Framer sites can be moved the same way.

How the move works

1. I list every URL on the current site, including blog posts and old pages that still get traffic.
2. Each old URL gets a new URL in Webflow, and the list becomes the redirect map.
3. I rebuild the pages and import the CMS content.
4. Before launch you review the new site on a Webflow staging link.
5. At launch I switch the domain, add the redirects and check that old URLs land on the right pages.

Timeline

A 10-page site usually takes 3–4 weeks. Sites with hundreds of blog posts take longer because of the content import and redirect map.

Questions

Will we lose our Google rankings?

Every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new page, and page titles and descriptions move with the content. That keeps the signals Google already has for your pages.

How long does a migration take?

Usually 3–4 weeks for 10 pages. The proposal gives you the exact date.

Can our team edit the site after the move?

Yes, and that is usually why teams move. After launch your team edits text, images and blog posts in the Webflow Editor, with no plugin updates or code deploys.

Price and payment

From $5,000 with 10 pages included, and $400 for each extra page. Fixed price in writing before work starts, 50% to start and 50% before launch, in USD.
