Who runs this site

senadsecerovic.com is run by Senad Secerovic, a freelance Webflow developer and designer based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I decide how the personal data on this site is used. For any question about it, email senad@senadsecerovic.com.

What I collect

When you fill in the contact form

Your name and email address (required), and anything else you choose to add: your website, what you need, your budget, when you want to start, your message and how you found me. I use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal and run the project.

When you browse the site

If analytics is on (see Cookies below), Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are (country and city), your device and browser, and how you reached the site. I use it only to see which pages are useful. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

I don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other websites.

Cookies

This site uses only Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID). They last up to 2 years and only count visits.

If you visit from Europe, Google Analytics does not load until you click Accept on the banner. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner doesn't come back. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and choose again. Outside Europe, analytics is on by default; you can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies:

  • Contact form: to answer your request and take steps before a possible contract, at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Analytics for visitors in Europe: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Analytics for other visitors: my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes the data

  • Webflow, Inc. (USA) hosts the site and stores contact form submissions.
  • Google provides Google Analytics.

Form submissions are also sent to my email inbox, and I read them from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Webflow and Google may process data in the United States. They protect transfers from Europe with safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

  • Inquiries that don't turn into a project: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client projects: as long as the work needs it, and longer only where tax or accounting law requires.
  • Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how I use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time; this doesn't affect what happened before.

Email senad@senadsecerovic.com and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. See also the Terms of Use.
