How much does a Webflow website cost in 2026? A freelancer’s real prices

Real 2026 prices from a freelance Webflow developer: from $2,500 to build your Figma design, from $5,000 for a new designed site or a migration, and what changes the final number.

The short answer

If you hire me, a Webflow website costs from $2,500 to build from your Figma design, from $5,000 for a new site I design and build, and from $5,000 to move an existing site to Webflow. Adding a language starts at $1,000. Monthly support starts at $400.

These are my public prices. You get the final number in writing before any work starts, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.

Prices by project type

  • New site, designed and built: from $5,000 with 5 pages included. Each extra page is $600. Usually 2–3 weeks.
  • Figma to Webflow: from $2,500 with 5 pages included. Each extra page is $400. Usually 1–2 weeks.
  • Migration to Webflow: from $5,000 with 10 pages included. Each extra page is $400. Usually 3–4 weeks for 10 pages.
  • Webflow Localization: from $1,000 per language with 5 pages included. Each extra page is $100 and each CMS collection is $200, per language. Usually 3–5 days per language.
  • Monthly support: $400, $900, $1,800 or $2,500 a month, depending on how much you send. One-off fixes start at $150.

Four example quotes

  • A 5-page SaaS site from your designer's Figma file: $2,500.
  • An 8-page new site, designed and built: $5,000 + 3 × $600 = $6,800.
  • A 15-page WordPress site moved to Webflow: $5,000 + 5 × $400 = $7,000.
  • The same migration, plus German for all 15 pages and the blog collection: $7,000 + ($1,000 + 10 × $100 + $200) = $9,200.

You can run your own numbers in the pricing calculator.

What changes the price

  • Number of pages. This is the biggest factor, which is why every price above includes a set number of pages.
  • Whether a design exists. Building from a finished Figma file costs less than designing and building.
  • How much content moves. A migration with hundreds of blog posts takes longer because of the content import and the redirect map.
  • Languages and CMS collections. Each language and each translated collection adds work.
  • Integrations. Tools like Stripe for payments or Calendly for booking calls are scoped in the proposal.

What every project includes

  • A class system and reusable sections, so your team can build new pages without a developer.
  • Page titles, meta descriptions and redirects set up at launch.
  • A recorded walkthrough of your site's Editor, made for your team.
  • 30 days of fixes after launch.
  • A fixed price in writing. Payment is 50% to start and 50% before launch, in USD.

Costs that don't go to me

Your site lives in your own Webflow account, and you pay Webflow directly for the site plan. A site that uses the CMS, like a blog or case studies, needs a Webflow plan that includes the CMS. Check current plans and prices on Webflow's pricing page, since they change.
